Reverb Sites Shutdown FAQ

Is Reverb shutting down or just your Reverb Sites service?

Reverb is not shutting down. Reverb Sites, a service that allows sellers to create their own website, will be shutting down on April 30, 2021.

Why are you shutting down Reverb Sites?

As we spent time building and working to improve Reverb Sites, it ultimately became clear that better, more robust website services already exist. As a music gear marketplace at our core, we don’t have the expertise needed to provide you with a solution that is more effective than what an exclusive website service can offer you.

When will Reverb Sites shut down?

To ensure you have plenty of time to transition from Reverb Sites to another service, we will stop supporting Reverb Sites on April 30, 2021.

Will Reverb help me transition from Reverb Sites to another service?

Our Integrations and Seller Engagement teams are here to help you. Please reach out to your Seller Engagement Manager or contact our Integrations team directly at [email protected] to get started.

I’m not concerned about losing my Reverb Site. Do I still need to take any action prior to April 30, 2021?

No. If you’re no longer using your Reverb Site and aren’t planning to move your website to another platform, you do not need to take any action.

I’d like to provide feedback on Reverb Sites and/or its shutdown.

We always want to hear your feedback. Please provide any feedback, thoughts, suggestions, or concerns you may have to the Reverb team here.

How can I stay updated on new tools you’re developing for Reverb sellers?
